Rehearsal Schedule

Please note that we will have rehearsal the week of spring break (March 28) this year. While we are normally off this week, I believe we will need all the rehearsal time possible. I realize that some of you may be out of town with your families that week, my hope is that we will have enough players here to hold a substantive rehearsal.

April 22 Concert

Thank you to those of you who were able to attend Tuesday’s rehearsal. I think we got a good jump on the music with what we had. However, I need to stress the importance of getting the music ready for this concert and rehearsal attendance. So far we have had a very good response (34 responses) to the attendance poll, but there are still several “holes” that need to be filled.

I just wanted to underscore what a great concert you and the Winds performed last Sat.! Paul and I enjoyed it thoroughly, especially (of course) “Pictures at an Exhibition” and the Holst Suite. All the pieces were very well done and your spoken and printed notes added a great deal as well. Thanks for all your hard work and expertise.
